Why does shipping take longer now?
1. The way we send goods overseas is by shipping. Reception time = Processing time (usually 48 hours)+14 to 21 days.
2. Cooperative logistics companies are Shenzhen Qianhai Yuntu Logistics Co., LTD. (YunExpress) and Beijing YANWEN Cultural Relics Flow Co., LTD. (YANWEN EXPRESS).
3. No overseas warehouses so far
Enjoy complimentary worldwide shipping for most orders over $59.99, covering the majority of global destinations.Please note that free shipping excludes certain remote areas, including countries such as Iceland and Moldova.
Note: Some islands in the United States (such as Hawaii, Las Vegas, etc.) do not offer shipping services.
Starting in August, shipping rates may increase by 20 percent during the peak season. Some products with a weight exceeding 0.5KG may not qualify for free shipping on orders over $59.99. Refer to the final checkout details for specific charges.
Taxes for select EU countries are included in the order total, while customers in other regions may be subject to additional taxes (not included in the order). Customers in these regions are also responsible for coordinating customs clearance, as is the case with shipments to India.
In the rare event of shipping restrictions, exceeding weight limits, or incomplete information, Apexel reserves the right to provide explanations. Communication will be conducted through email (support@givite.com).
Additional note:
1. After the order is paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will be notified once your order has been shipped.
2. We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, due to invalid addresses and customs clearance issues, additional time may be required.

How do I know my order has been shipped?
After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link that you can track online. Failure to receive a notification email is usually caused by:
1. The email went into the spam folder
2. The email is blocked by the mail server
3. The filter in your account Settings blocks email
4. The network is faulty
5. Wrong email address
If you experience any of the above issues, just check your spam folder, account Settings, and network, and make sure our emails get into your inbox safely, just in case you might miss some of our important notification emails.
